Kindergarten Enrollment - English

 

Enrollment for Kinder is now online at https://aeries.rowlandschools.org/enroll. Please print out copy of enrollment and bring a signed copy to Killian School. Registration process is not complete until all items on the registration checklist are completed. 

 

You may also visit the school office to pick up a registration packet. You will need to complete the forms and return them to us.  Your child’s registration cannot be accepted until all forms are complete and requirements are met. Copies of registration forms are listed below for you to refer to.

 

 

 

Birth Date Verification -ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE

An alternate verification of birth such as a baptismal certificate or passport can be accepted temporarily.  An original Birth Certificate is required within 30 day of enrollment.

 

Proof of up to date immunizations.  Please refer to the Immunization Guide for more information.

 

One of the following: Utility bill, driver’s license, rental or mortgage papers.

 

Oral Health Assessment/Waiver Request Form (Dental Check-up)

It is now required that your child have a dental check-up by May 31 of your child's first year in school. Children can start school in August, obtain the check-up and return the form before May 31st.  Please refer to the attached form for more information.

 

Students are required to have a physical form on file when they enter 1st grade. If you are taking your child to the doctor now for immunizations, we recommend that you have the form completed by the doctor and return it to the school. Forms must be turned in before Dec. 1st of your child’s first grade year.
